Important Order Provisioning Information

We get your orders up and running quickly.  However, up to 15-25% of customer phone lines are PIC restricted at the LEC (local exchange carrier) and /or Toll Free Orders are rejected for name/address mismatch.  Although we work PIC restrictions, it is up to the customer to UNRESTRICT them at their local telephone company, where you placed originally, and can only be restricted by you the customer.

DO NOT SELF PIC, all you need to do is REMOVE your PIC restrictions, unless we notify you to do otherwise, and is rare. By the time you get your WELCOME LETTER, you should be pic'd to the carrier designated in your area.  If you self pic without us advising you to do so, you will get another rate, NOT OUR LOW RATE and will not be billed by us, but by your local phone company at a HIGHER RATE!  PLEASE CHECK YOUR FIRST BILL TO BE SURE YOU ARE GETTING the correct rate, and notify us IMMEDIATELY!!

Toll Free Orders for EXISTING NUMBERS
Please send a copy of the summary page of the phone bill in which all Toll Free Orders (Resporg LOA and service application) to avoid RESPORG Rejections.  The summary page of the customers current phone bill must contain the customer's name and address information and must match the PNG Resporg LOA and Service application.  Any mismatch and the customer's current RESPORG should be faxed directly to the Provisioning FAX Number given to you by your PNG Representative at 866.321.5452.

PIC CODES  again should only be pic' if you are notified.  PNG uses least cost routing and various carriers, however, your billing always comes from PNG, and you are given the rate that your agent has contracted and advertised, please always check YOUR FIRST BILLING.
